Andy Emilio, owner and president of Applecreek Communications Inc., established his company in 1994, primarily to finance, produce and distribute motion picture films.  As the economy changed, financing films was becoming increasingly more difficult when applying the traditional manner of using pre-sales, Tax Credits and private equity to secure a bank loan.  Applecreek then began to pursue and develop alternative options.  As a result, Applecreek Communications is now able to extend potential funding for various projects not limited to film production such as construction, conservation, energy, charities, capital for expansion and many more.
